This is a seriously fun play-with-your-food class. Chef Tracey Shepos, a certified artisan cheese maker, leads participants as they transform whole milk into rich Ricotta cheese, make pasta dough from scratch, roll out the dough and make Ravioli stuffed with the just-made Ricotta. We'll enjoy our ravioli lunch with a lovely salad and local wine.

This Relish class includes 8 ounces of wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
