Charlie Palmer's Pigs & Pinot Weekend


Held at award-winning Hotel HealdsburgShow on map, Pigs and Pinot brings together the country's most prolific pork and wine professionals, including four Master Sommeliers, toasting and tasting their way to determine the winner of the coveted Pinot Cup.

The celebratory weekend offers a series of intimate dining and educational events hosted by Chef Palmer. A cast of Master Sommeliers and international celebrity chefs will showcase some of the world's greatest Pinots with perfect pork pairings. Proceeds from this event will benefit Share Our Strength and local scholarships and charities.
