Chef Todd Davies has designed a menu to feature Fresh Local Dungeness Crab from the cold waters of Bodega Bay. Signiture dishes to include: Dungeness Crab Cake, Dungeness Crab and Fennel Bisque, Dungeness Crab and Avocado Saladm, Dungeness Crab and Meyer Lemon Shooters, Grilled Prime New York Surf and Turf, and Steamed Whole Dungeness Crab.
