Chef Ralph is entertaining and knowledgeable chef so the dinner will certainly be lively. Chef Ralph will demonstrate seasonal favorites from the Bistro menu, including the addictive Bocconcini bread balls (which, be warned, he says he's discontinuing in the new year) and other French classics, including duck confit, chicken paillard and creme brulee. We'll enjoy each course with local wine.
This Relish class includes 12 ounces of premium wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
