Join us at Saddles for a memorable holiday meal. Chef Dana Jaffe has created a special Prix Fixe menu for New Year's Eve. The first course will be a tomales bay oyster bisque. The second course will be spinach salad w/ roasted beets, candied walnuts, Oregon blue cheese & a cranberry vinaigrette. For our entrees choose from a black angus filet mignon, slipper lobsters w/ truffled potatoes & winter succotash, spinach spiral tart w/ wild mushrooms, quinoa & vegetable timbale, or pomegranate-red currant glazed rack of lamb.  Finally for dessert choose from whiskey-apple bread pudding, chocolate-cheesecake-oreo mousse, or cherry crisp w/ vanilla bean ice cream.
