Come join us for a special Viva Cocolat event where you are the chocolatier and make your own truffle creations. Viva Cocolat will supply an assortment of ganaches and coatings, and you supply the creative genius to roll, dip and coat as many truffles as you’d like. You pay for the truffles made by weight, so make them big or make them small, either way they’ll be special. The skill level for this class is from beginner to advanced.
