Dry Creek Kitchen is opening up the 2012-2013 Winemaker Dinner season by featuring Thomas George Estates and Valdez Family winery. The friendship and synergetic relationship between the two wineries spawned the idea of a dinner that alternates courses paired with some of their personal favorites within their respective collections.
