The Windsor Halloween Parade begins in front of Raley's Supermarket at the Lakewood Shopping Center on Lakewood Drive in Windsor. The parade will be led by a Windsor Fire Truck through the shopping center and ends at the Windsor Community Center with free hot dogs, drinks and trick or treat bags with candy provided for all parade participants.
