We always love when chef-author Kathy Gunst visits from Maine. Kathy will be focusing on delicious and versatile dishes that will impress friends and family. These mouth-watering dishes are especially great because they can be scaled from finger-food hors d'oeuvres to main course entrees. Participants will learn techniques for grilling lobster, make the world's mose addictive brittle, enjoy passages from Kathy's book "Notes from a Maine Kitchen" and much more. Of course we will savor our dishes with premium local wine
