Psychedelic folk duo Half Bad Neighbor is "half" of Petaluma's reckless garage band "Bad Neighbor". The two perform without a rhythm section, and it's a lot quieter than the full band. Bill Vestal is the songwriter and singer, former frontman for the East Bay punk band Naked Lady Wrestlers. Scott Henry fills in with electric guitar licks and backing vocals.
