Come Join in our 12th annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade! There will be a Dog Parade, Costume Contest with Prizes, Raffles, and  Mobile Animal Adoptions. Fun for the whole family! This event benefits the Healdsburg Animal Shelter.
